Bryan Kowskie, Massage Therapist

Hello there! My name is Bryan Kowskie. I'm a father of four, a lover of nature, animals and anything that has wheels and goes fast.  Finding balance in all things is my passion...

I graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude with a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage from the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare at Herzing University. Shortly after becoming Nationally Certified, I became Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

I step into the massage room every single day with a passion for healing. After suffering through many years of chronic pain and back injuries, I had a major injury that changed me forever. I decided that this injury was too serious for a brief doctor's visit where the "take these pills and lay on the couch for 2 weeks" approach wasn’t enough. I went to the chiropractor for the first time in my life and I was taught how to sit properly, how to stand, stretch and take care of myself in general. It changed my life and after that I decided I wanted to try and change the lives of others like he did for me. That's when I enrolled in massage school. I've loved healing people through massage every single day for the last 13 years.

All techniques, treatments and modalities are results oriented. I perform focused work and try to find the root cause of symptoms in an attempt to give long-term relaxation rather than short-term relaxation with a relaxing massage.

Modalities and techniques include:

Deep Tissue Massage: chronic pain, athletic recovery, postural reconditioning

Active Isolated Stretching: increased ROM, chronic pain, athletic recovery

Cervical Muscle Manipulation: Neck /upper back tension, chronic headaches, TMJD

Pelvic/ Low back Muscle Manipulation: chronic pain, increased postural efficiency

Integrative Reflexology: systemic relaxation through >7,200 nerve endings in the feet

Swedish Massage: relaxation, Increased circulation, toxin removal
