The MVP Posture Program is designed to relieve postural stress by dealing with 2 common conditions: Upper Cross Syndrome and Lower Cross Syndrome.
Upper Cross Syndrome - defined by two postural positions
Forward head posture - when you carry your head too far forward
Rounded shoulders - when your shoulder blades are pulled away from your spine and your shoulders round forward
